Company Overview
ARCHITECTURAL ALUMINIUM LTD is the market leader in the curtain walling, glazing and cladding industry, employing over 160 people on a full-time basis and turning over in excess of €30 million per annum.
The principle aim of our company is the design, manufacture and installation of purpose-designed cladding envelopes featuring curtain walling, glazing and cladding solutions incorporating many materials such as glass, aluminium, steel, stone, terracotta tiles and insulated architectural metal panels.
Until recently the cladding of a building required the input and co-ordination of a number of various sub-contractors, ARCHITECTURAL ALUMINIUM LTD., with in excess of 30 years experience at the forefront of the curtain walling and cladding industry, are perfectly placed to offer complete cladding envelope solutions to meet the various requirements of the project design team within one package.
Company History
ARCHITECTURAL ALUMINIUM LTD. commenced trading in January 1974. The company is located in the Western Business Park facing the M50 motorway in Dublin (Ireland) in a modern purpose designed manufacturing facility completed in 1997 and covering 4,000m2. This facility is headquarters for administration, sales, estimating, design, and manufacturing. Installation of all our systems is carried out by our own in-house contracts department and fixed by our own personnel.
Our company currently manufactures in excess of 50,000 m2 of curtain walling per year making it one of the largest independent manufacturers of curtain walling in the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom.
ARCHITECTURAL ALUMINIUM LTD. remains true to its original concept of a design, engineering and manufacturing company providing solutions to the architectural side of the building industry. In a sector of construction, which has seen many dramatic changes in recent years, ARCHITECTURAL ALUMINIUM LTD. has attained a remarkable level of planned growth. This has resulted in the company becoming one of the most reliable and respected organisations within the curtain walling and cladding industry.

Our company has always aimed to create quality solutions for Architect's and specifier's requirements keeping in mind changing times, strict budgets and fast track programmes. Our strengths lie in the quality of our design, technical and managerial staff along with our in house production and installation. It is the goal of ARCHITECTURAL ALUMINIUM LTD. to provide a service to architects, quantity surveyors, building contractors and clients giving accurate pre-contract advice on design, budgeting and technical assistance.
Our estimating department is always on hand to assist in budget advice. Our sales and technical department is available to give assistance in either standard applications or bespoke design solutions. ARCHITECTURAL ALUMINIUM LTD. employs the latest technology, offering the most up to date designs and solutions with in-house CAD operators having the ability to deliver drawings, and designed solutions for fast track programmes.
ARCHITECTURAL ALUMINIUM LTD. apart from working with such well known system manufacturers as Schuco, Kawneer, Reynolds, Spanwall and Structawall has developed the ARCAL range of curtain walling systems answering the requirement for more flexible design solutions. These systems range from pressure plate curtain walling, bespoke sightline systems where opening vents are hidden, integrated cladding, structural silicone glazing and brise soleil systems.
ARCHITECTURAL ALUMINIUM LTD. carries out the installation of its products using our own specialised installers in Ireland. Our in-house specialised team of designers and contract managers undertake all-stages of the project. Attention to detail at all times, together with quality control is our priority.
